THE FLAGSHIP · MY LARGEST PROJECT

An entire building business.
Connected.
I founded Byggplan to bring the moving parts of a construction business into one system. It's grown into my most extensive product: commercial workflows, project delivery, people, finances and the operations behind the platform.

SALES & CRM
INSIDE BYGGPLAN
Turn an opportunity
into work on the calendar.
The commercial side of the business has its own connected workspace—from a new lead to an offer the customer can respond to.
- Pipeline & sales analysis
- Manage opportunities, follow their progress and review sales activity.
- Customers & quotations
- Customer records, quick offers and a guided quotation workflow.
- AI & customer access
- AI-assisted offer generation and customer-facing offer pages.
An accepted offer is the starting point for delivery, planning and financial follow-up.
PROJECTS & PLANNING
INSIDE BYGGPLAN
A plan the whole
business can work from.
Planning spans individual projects and the company's resources. The work, materials and people need to fit together before anyone arrives on site.
- Project workspaces
- Project details, material lists, project members and archived work.
- Schedules & dependencies
- Gantt schedules for individual projects and an overview across projects.
- Resources & calendars
- Allocate people and coordinate work with resource planning and calendars.
The plan connects to people's hours, project documentation and the financial picture.
PEOPLE & PAYROLL
INSIDE BYGGPLAN
From the hours on site
to the payroll basis.
Employees, supervisors, owners and subcontractors interact with different parts of the same system. Time reporting is connected to payroll preparation.
- Daily time reporting
- Register work from the field and review it through work calendars.
- Payroll preparation
- Weekly and monthly payroll views, including employees' own summaries.
- Configurable rules
- Salary rules, daily and weekly overtime tiers, with optional monthly tiers.
Reported hours also feed project follow-up and the work that can be invoiced.
FINANCE & INVOICING
INSIDE BYGGPLAN
See what the work
actually means for the business.
Revenue, supplier costs and the cost of delivery belong in the same picture. Byggplan brings invoicing and project economics together.
- Customer invoicing
- Invoice bases, invoice history, customer-facing invoices and Fortnox export.
- Supplier invoices
- A central supplier inbox, archived invoices and allocation to projects.
- Project economics
- Budget versus actuals, cash-flow views, forecasts and financial dashboards.
The finance view draws on the work and costs already captured in the project.
QUALITY & COLLABORATION
INSIDE BYGGPLAN
Keep the evidence
with the work it belongs to.
A finished job includes the decisions, documentation and checks behind it. Teams need to find that information in the context of the project.
- Inspections & deviations
- Self-inspections and deviation reports alongside project activity.
- Review & approval
- Dedicated authorisation workflows within the project.
- Files & conversations
- Project files and chat, shared with the people involved in the work.
The project stays the shared point of reference for people, records and approvals.
PLATFORM & COMMUNITY
INSIDE BYGGPLAN
Build the business
behind the product, too.
The scope includes the systems for serving customers and developing the platform, alongside a community for the construction industry.
- Customer operations
- Sales administration, support queues, staff management and help content.
- Product development
- Issue tracking and sprint planning for the team building Byggplan.
- Industry community
- A contractor and subcontractor network, with community administration.
Customer conversations and the industry's needs stay close to the team shaping the product.
WHAT I OWN
The product.
The architecture.
The team.
Built with the industry.
Co-developed with Swedish construction companies, tested across a six-month pilot and taken through to paying customers. The community adds another way to stay close to the people the product serves.
Responsible for making it happen.
I set direction, architect and ship the platform, and grow the customer base. I recruited seven developers and two salespeople to build the product and business with me.
Thinking across an entire business—and carrying the detail through to a product people use.
