LET'S PUT THIS TO WORK FOR YOU

What's the thing
you want to
make work?

You don't need a finished brief. You need someone who can understand the problem, find a direction and build what comes next.

  • An idea worth building.

Turn it into a product people can actually use.

  • A process eating up your time.

Connect the tools, remove the manual work.

  • A product ready for its next chapter.

Work through the difficult parts and move it forward.

FOR
Therapists and their patients

The appointment moved online.
The forms stayed on paper.

For therapists whose regional care agreements require assessments at the start and end of treatment, the paperwork is part of the job—even when the patient joins digitally. Theraflo makes that required process work on the patient's own device.

The assessment workflow Workflow illustration

WHERE IT STARTED

A required process with an awkward delivery method.

For the therapists this was built around, regional care agreements require documenting patients' mental health at the beginning and end of treatment using evidence-based assessment forms. Those forms were supplied on paper, while the assessment was still required during digital appointments.

I built Theraflo to carry that process all the way through digitally: select the forms, share them with the patient, collect the answers and produce the documentation.

WHAT CHANGES

Let the patient answer. Let the software count.

The patient completes the assessment on their own device, without paper, an app installation or a patient account. The software calculates scores according to the form's rules and prepares a PDF for the therapist's records.

For the therapist, it simplifies an obligatory part of care. For the patient, it makes participation easier, whether the appointment is in the same room or online.

WHAT THIS BRINGS TO YOUR PROJECT

A practical approach to digitalisation: understand why a process exists, keep what it needs to accomplish, and make it easier for everyone involved.

THE PERSON BEHIND NSJI

I build the product.
And understand
the business.

My first company meant negotiating with a US supplier, designing product labels, handling shipping and doing the accounts. Building something meant being responsible for all of it.

That perspective stayed with me through Kvidt, a degree in computer engineering at Lund University, medical software, established product teams and consultancy assignments. Today I run and build Byggplan, develop Theraflo, and bring that experience to my work through NSJ Invest AB.

I like being close enough to the problem to understand it—and close enough to the implementation to do something about it.
